Q. Every time that I log on to CurrentTrack, I get a security alert. Why?
A. The alert being received is a false positive. Your User Name and Password are completely secure and are transmitted and processed by our servers under 128-bit SSL encryption. The reason you receive the security alert is because of the "redirect" command being issued that points your browser to yoursite.CurrentTrack.com. This command is not issued until AFTER secure transmission but, because there's no page between the initial page and your CurrentTrack system, your browser might think that you're submitting to an insecure page. This isn't, in fact, the case as you're no longer sending data during the redirect.

Q. When I enter my Agency, User Name and Password information and click Log In, I'm immediately returned to the previous log in screen. Why?
A. Chances are, the date on your computer is wrong (i.e. a day other than today). Check the date and adjust it accordingly. If you're still unable to log in after doing so, you'll need to erase your browser's cookies and start anew. With Internet Explorer (IE) open, go to the Tools menu and Select Internet Options. Next, in the General tab (usually the default), push the Delete Cookies button in the 'Temporary Internet Files section. Exit all of the dialog boxes by clicking OK. Lastly, close and restart IE. All of your browser's cookies will be erased and you should now be able to log on successfully.
